Wonderful customer service! We travelled all the way down from QLD, and visited this store to get some shoes for my shorter partner - taking a train and uber from the city. Jennen Shoes only recently opened a showroom to the public where you can try on copious amounts of shoes! We arrived 5 mins before opening time, and Pian was very friendly when she came to open the store. Aaron was very helpful and patient with my partner trying on several pairs of shoes.
