Goodbye Collingwood Store!
After 7 years of trading our Collingwood Store, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our JENNEN Shoe Store at 5pm on Saturday 16th of February 2019.
The costs of running our specialty elevator shoe store in Melbourne have been high.
Even when we operated our Sydney and Brisbane stores, over 80% of our customers preferred purchasing discreetly online.
In fact, according to a Ray Morgan Company statistic, nearly 9.5 million Australians are purchasing products online in an average four-week period. The majority of these purchases are fashion, entertainment and leisure.
Our customers can rest assure that in 2019 and onwards, JENNEN Shoes will continue to operate online and dispatch all orders within one business day from our Boronia warehouse.
We’ll also continue to provide international express shipping to all our customers around the globe.

With a focus on product development, we’ve already launched our women’s collection and vegan collection for the environmentally conscious man.
In 2019, we’ll continue to design new, on-trend styles for each new season.
We’re constantly developing our products and ensuring quality control is always maintained. We’re proud to say that the built-in comfort lifts in JENNEN Shoes won’t compress over time. The height-increase provided internally will be maintained as long as the shoes are wearable.
We’ll continue to offer quality online and phone support to our customers and provide VIP exclusive discounts to those who have joined the JENNEN Community.

If the size isn’t quite right, you can post them back for an exchange. We’ll even send out your exchange at no cost to you.
Tip: Some customers purchase multiple pairs in one order and return the styles and sizes that don’t quite suit.
