To request a return, please use our
online return portal.
We'll email you a postage label to print and take to your local post office.
Shoes must be returned in brand new condition and within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please protect the shoebox using a bubble wrap and/or a postage satchel.

We can email a return label for a flat fee of $15. If you'd like one, please contact our care team.
