How to Refund


Ezylift insoles, gift cards and clearance products under $100 are non-returnable. 

All complimentary items included with an order must be returned in brand new condition to receive a full refund.

If complimentary items are not returned, the price of the item(s) are deducted from the total refund amount.

While customers are required to arrange return shipping, we offer full refunds even when free shipping was offered.

We also offer free shipping for all exchanges

Shoes must be received in brand new condition without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles.

Please return your shoes with all original packaging within 30 days of the date you received your order.

If using a courier service other than Australia Post, please write on the parcel 'Please deliver between 9am-12pm only' to speed up the return process.

Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public.

Please include a Refund Request note inside your JENNEN shoe box with your full name and order number #.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within one business day.
