How To Exchange

Ezylift insoles, gift cards and clearance products under $100 are non-returnable. 

While customers are to arrange return shipping, we offer free shipping on exchanges. 

Shoes must be received in brand new condition without creases in the uppers or marks on the outsoles.

Please return your shoes with all original packaging within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Using a postal service with tracking, please return your shoes to:

If using a courier service other than Australia Post, please write on the parcel 'Please deliver between 9am-12pm only' to speed up the exchange process.

Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public. 

Please include a note inside your JENNEN shoe box with:
  • Your full name and order number #  
  • Your exchange request: Style name and Euro Size
  • Your delivery address (if updated) 

  • Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed within one business day.
